1. Start Your Preparation well ahead of your exams.

2. Make Study Plans and Divide your Test Syllabus into manageable Sections.

3. Take Breaks during Your Study Hours by going into the fresh air or doing some stretching Exercises.

4. Solve Past Papers and Mock Exams to check your Preparation.

5. Challenge your Negative Thoughts by using positive sentences like, " I can do this," "My preparation is good," " I will ace my exam with good grades." 

NIGHT BEFORE AN EXAM:


6. Sleep Well at night to optimize your performance during the exam.

ON THE DAY OF THE EXAM:
